Premium Membership
What is the contact guarantee?
If, at the end of a 6-month Premium Membership, you haven’t sustained contact with at least 10 other members, we will -- on request -- extend your Premium Membership free of charge for a further six months.
A ‘contact’ comprises: i) an approach made by you to another member -- or by another member to you -- and ii) a personally prepared response (free text messagel).
The contact guarantee can only be honoured by us if:
- You yourself have sent at least 5 contact requests
- You have completed your ‘About me’ and ‘Free time’ pages
- You have uploaded at least one photo (as ‘Photo No. 1’)
- You have not hidden your profile
- You have not already had a contact guarantee honoured at any point
In order to claim a contact guarantee, please contact us 14-30 days before your Premium Membership expires by email (via the online contact form). Claims made outside this period cannot, unfortunately, be considered.
