Premium Membership
What happens when my Premium Membership is terminated?
After the Premium Membership has ended, your profile will remain visible. However, you will no longer have access to your mailboxes. It is therefore advisable to archive any email correspondences that you wish to keep. If you wish to terminate or simply suspend your membership, go to ‘Data and settings’ 'Manage Profile' 'Profile Status' and click on the orange edit button to either delete or hide your profile.
