How does Automatic Renewal work?
All Premium Membership subscriptions automatically renew on the last day of the subscription term. When automatic renewal is 'active', the relevant amount will be charged to the credit card used for your original transaction. The automatic renewal process continues until you decide to cancel it. Please note that if you originally purchased a special offer subscription this will renew at the prevailing standard subscription rate.
Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time up to 1 day prior to the start of the next renewal period.
You are able to cancel your subscription with only a few clicks:
- Log into your PARSHIP profile: click on the 'Data & Settings' section, ‘My Membership’ and then on ‘Amend your subscription’.
- After successful cancellation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Alternatively you are able to send us a written cancellation request via letter, fax or e-mail.
If you cancel automatic renewal of your Premium Membership subscription, you can choose to purchase a new subscription at any time during a current subscription term. You can do this in the Manage Profile/Membership area of the 'Data & Settings' section of the website.
