How can I increase raise my chances of getting contacted by other members?
- Personalise your profile. Tell your recommended partners more about yourself by completing your ‘About me’ page and add a picture to your profile. (Other members will only be able to see a blurred version of your photo when they visit your profile; it is up to you to ‘release’ your photo on a one-to-one basis to the recommended partners of your choice).
- Update other members on your thoughts by putting a comment in the What‘s on my mind right now section of your profile. It will encourage other members to want to get to know more about you.
- Log in regularly to PARSHIP. Other members can see when you last logged in. Activity is a plus point.
- Maintain and update your profile regularly. List your interests in the ”Leisure time and Sport” section, for instance and keep other members up to date on what’s happening in your life.
- Visit lots of member profiles. It someone seems you have visited their profile, they are more likely to get in touch with you.
- Take the initiative and don’t wait to be contacted by other members. There’s no need to be reserved about it.
Contact requests: get the best out of them
- Always add a short personal message to your contact requests. Pick up on something in the other member’s profile to show you’re interested.
